what i wonder is, if ARD hasn't released the tool yet it's because it's unfinished and may contains bugs, so why not just wait that ARD releases it's tool?

As in VirtualBox? I don't see how that would have any effect. And even if it was a real editor, it would pretty much require NST itself, which is inaccessible and preposterously massive.
Besides, I tried to install VirtualBox once, but it asked permission to install some "USB-drivers". I was afraid that would damage my pre-existent USB-drives, so I declined and VirtualBox failed to install.
If only there was an alternative to VirtualBox that would not require installation of any alien drivers.
You can try to check vmware instead, but it would require additional drivers to be installed, they are separate drivers that don't affect your main drivers.
