Since I saw ARD's latest stream i thought "it's so uncomfortable to repack the pak file to pak.old, reduce the pak file to 96 bytes and then extracting pak.old with quickbms".
So I decided why not make a application which does that
ALL for you.
Do not change/remove any files, otherwise the application won't work!
Also please read the Readme.txt.
Please test the program and tell me if there are any bugs you encountered!
!UPDATE! New Version 1.2
I have created a github repository for Nst Extractor. Now you can look at the source code or contribute on the project! You can also download it directly from github (Mediafire is shady anyway)
Repository: https://github.com/AdventureT/Nst-Extractor
Download: https://github.com/AdventureT/Nst-Extractor/releases
(You need to extract the zip with 7zip or Winrar)
!UPDATE!
Old Download:
http://www.mediafire.com/file/rtndrrdb0f...1.zip/file (version 1.1)
(You need to extract the zip with 7zip or Winrar)
Credit goes to
Neo_Kesha (repack .pak to .pak.old)

heya, tool has been very useful, so far only issues i found are with ...
B202_KomodoBrothers.pak doesn't seem to extract properly for me... crashing if extracted even with no mods...
B302_Dingodile.pak ... i guess something for v1.2 of the extractor Smile
even the ".old" backup doesn't work, thankfully i had another backup of my .pak files...

ok thanks for the update

v1.2 is still named v1.1 when you use the program for some reason...
Dingodile (B302) works in extracted form now

so that opens it up to modding... NICE!
Dingodile (B302) with AREA 51's Lighting Merged...
but
still having an issue with B202_KomodoBrothers when extracted...
"unhandled win32 exception"... "10788" etc... if that helps...

Yup, that's me! Tho it is strange seeing my code in different repository with author not being me, though i have been credited, don't know what to feel about it

Yes i know i don't have repo to fork from it.
UPD:

If problem only in that NST Explorer doesn't have bulk extract, i'll just add this and end this all.

No, it just was sudden and surprising, i mostly fine. I just feel competition

It's always fine when people try to contribute, but it just felt strange to see my code in someone's else repo.
Can't remember when i gave to ARD sources of NST Explorer, but probably they are WAY outdated now.
Sorry if i sounded rude. I still don't know how to react on it. Actually, i know! I did update for NST and added bulk extraction.

"whats bulk extraction?"
Bulk Extraction = Extracted all .pak for eg whole trilogy 1 button... very helpful for new people wanting to extract all levels in order to use the level combiner...
