Works for me...

I did have to download a few .NET DLLs before the program would work initially but I assumed that was because I was using it on a brand new PC I had only been using a few hours, not sure if your issues could be related to that? Or your anti virus blocking the program?

Which .NET DLLs are you referring to?

Okay, I downloaded the latest .NET and a few dll's that the program was looking for.

Now I'm getting this when I drag and drop Zem's model in.

In fact, in many cases the “The application was unable to startcorrectly” error results from issues on Microsoft .NET framework. (.NET framework is a framework developed by Microsoft which supportsapplications using .Net technologies.) You may need to reinstall it to fix the issue.

Googled it

Ha ha, this is funny- I actually just needed to reinstall all the .dll's.

Ok so I build IgzModelConverter with all dll now. Nobody should have missing dll's now. Updating mediafire link now. (File size is 1MB now because it contains all dll's)

Where're you guys getting your pak files from? The one I have only has the original CTR cast, Zem, Zam and Crunch. I can't find the CNK gang anywhere.

I have a hunch they're in this smaller .nsp file I have that just can't get the .nca's out of because the "pfs0 is corrupt".

I tried getting fake crash's cowboy outfit but I had issues trying to get the model imported into blender So  I tried importing it into window's 3d builder and got this

I'm exporting as ACT   so not sure if that has to do with anything?

And I'd also like to know how you guys have the other charachters since I only have what was included in the base game
